Event Cancellation:
a. In the unlikely event of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergencies, Team Rayzors Edge Relay for life will make every effort to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, event holders will NOT be entitled to a refund of the event full price. Payment is a contribution to Team Rayzor Edge.
Requesting a Refund:
a. To request a refund for the event cancellation or unforseen reason, please contact our Customer Support at info@littlestarimaging.com within 7 days of the event date.
b. Refund requests must include your full name, order number, contact information, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. If applicable for event.
