This is the Main Street for the Rayzor’s Edge Cancer Awareness.
Event Cancellation:
a. In the unlikely event of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergencies, Rayzor’s Edge Cancer Awareness will make every effort to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, event holders will NOT be entitled to a refund of the event full price. Payment is a contribution to Team Rayzor Edge.
Requesting a Refund:
a. To request a refund for the event cancellation or unforseen reason, please contact our Customer Support at info@littlestarimaging.com within 7 days of the event date.
b. Refund requests must include your full name, order number, contact information, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. If applicable for event.
c. If Refunds is approved, Little Star Imaging will process using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. If applicable for event.
Changes to Event Date or Location:
a. In the event of a change in the event date or location, Rayzor’s Edge Cancer Awareness will make reasonable efforts to notify event holders via email or other communication channels. If the new date or location is not suitable for a event holder, event partners will not be refunded for event. Details regarding refunds in such cases will be communicated at the time of the announcement. If applicable for event.
